We kindly hope that you like the products you receive. But if not, it is also understandable that you want a refund. You can return the item within 15 days after the package is delivered.


Please note that we only offer free returns for objective quality issues. For other reasons of return or exchange, unfortunately we may need you to pay for the return fee.

What is an objective quality issue?

How to return?
1.Find out your order confirmation email.
2.Click the return entry and log in the Returns Center.
3.Select item(s) and reason(s) you want to return, submit the return request, and then wait for review.
4.You will receive an instruction email after the return request is reviewed. Please follow the instruction email to send your package.
5.Add the tracking number to your return request or contact us via email at hi@hoooyi.com when your return package is dispatched. (Note: This is key information to identify your package)
6.Complete the return.

Return Conditions:
Please make sure that all the item(s) are unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. Any items that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for a refund.

Return Supplement:
A.Please note that hoooyi.com is not responsible for any failed delivery attempt due to customer’s negligent behaviors, which includes but is not limited to providing incorrect consignee’s information (such as order address, contact number, or consignee’s name).
B.Please note that you can only submit ONE request for each order. (Not ONE item)
C.Please do not return your package to sender’s address, or your return will not be able to be processed.

Where is my refund?
A.Generally, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
B.Refund amount is calculated based on your payment method and return options.
C.After we process your refund/return request and the returned items is delivered to our warehouse, you will receive the refund.
D.After we process the refund, it may take 7-14 days to appear on your account, depending on the payment method you used.

How to Exchange?
1.Find out your order confirmation email.
2.Click the return entry and log in the Returns Center.
3.Choose item(s) and reason(s) you want to return.
4.Choose “Replace with the same item (Exchange) ”, and choose the item you want.
5.Submit the exchange request, and then wait for review.
6.You will receive an instruction email after the exchange request is reviewed. Please follow the instruction email to send your package.
7.Please contact us via email at hi@hoooyi.com when the return package is dispatched, and we will create an exchange order for you.
8.Complete the exchange.

Exchange Conditions:

Exchange Supplement:
A.Exchange orders will not be re-exchanged or returned except for quality problems or received wrong items.
B.Once your exchange order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Tips:If you have submitted your Return & Exchange request and have not receive an instruction email, please check your trash folder or check your email inbox memory.
